Italian Celebration Gift Hamper

  • Bruschetta Rosso - a spicy pepper twist on the traditional tomato bruschetta topping. Simple spread on toasted ciabatta to create a tasty version of traditional Italian appetiser. These toppings also make a great pasta sauce or coating for roast meat or fish
  • Green Nocellara olive pate - a delicious tapenade made from Sicilian olives that can be used as a spread or dip or cooking ingredient
  • Nocellara olives from the Valle de Belice area of Sicily - rich and buttery tasting
  • Taralli Classici - crispy mini bagel shaped snacks handmade in Puglia
  • Pitted nocellara olives in a tasty herb and olive oil marinade
  • Pomodori Secchi all Salentina - dried tomatoes seasoned with salt and soaked in garlic, capers and oregano giving them an extremely tasty 'umami' flavour
  • Two packs of bronze-drawn and slow-dried pasta made by the oldest mill in Gragnano, the region which is the heart of Italy's pasta production. We've included Vesuvio twists - reminiscent of the nearby volcano - and Spaghetti alle Chitarra.
  • Zucchine e Ricotta Salsa - a light and flavoursome pasta sauce made by a small artisan business in Salento who are passionate about their local produce and cuisine
  • Cacio e Pepe Salsa - inspired by a Roman recipe that combines a lightly fried onion, fresh tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, a shower of cacio cheese, black pepper and a pinch of parsley
  • Amatriciana Salsa - an Italian classic, which has its origins in Roman trattorias. The savoury taste of pancetta meets tomato pulp in a light onion saute made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A drop of red wine is added for natural preservation. 
  • Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Aged 24 months (300g) - sourced from a family business based in Santa Maria del Piano, a hilly area of Parma with an ecosystem and microclimate ideal for raising cows. The business was founded in 1945 by the current owners' grandfather Bonfiglio. Anna and Luca continue the artisanal traditions and values to this day.
  • L'Atra Torta - a moist, brownie-like traditional Piedmontese hazelnut & chocolate cake
  • Tartufi Neri - rich and indulgent hand-made dark chocolate & hazelnut truffles
  • Tartufi Bianchi - these white chocolate truffles, made with 55% IGP Piedmont hazelnuts are very more-ish. Hand-made by an artisan baker in Cogno they are a very special treat.
  • Baci di Dama 'ladies' kisses' - traditional Piedmontese soft hazelnut biscuits joined by a 'kiss' of dark chocolate
  • Biscotti Gianduja - chocolate and hazelnut traditional Italian biscuits that pair perfectly with a coffee or your favourite brew
  • Baci Di Cortemilia - dark chocolate melt-in-your mouth praline 'kisses' with a soft heart of Piedmont hazelnuts and creamy chocolate)
