CAVA, CARNEVALE & CASANOVA
February is carnival time in Europe, and you are invited to Saporista's live celebration of all things carnival on 9th February. We'll be in Barcelona, with our Saporista host Lucy. Lucy will be joined by Nika, a wine specialist and official Cava educator, tasting a new sparkling wine addition to our range, and Alberto, an Italian chef from the Veneto. Alberto will be showing us how to cook 'fritelle' - a traditional Venetian carnival street food. Dessert will be Italian sweet treats that have their cultural roots in the Turin carnival. Where?
