This 'untapan de pimiento' (red pepper paste) is as tasty as it looks. The spread is made with piquillo peppers, sunflower oil, corn flour, vinegar and salt, is gluten free, and contains no additives. It really is a delicious appetiser - try it spread on our Italian 'foglie' (crispbreads) or 'grissini' (breadsticks). Alternatively it makes a great pizza base, pasta sauce, or could even brighten up a cheese sandwich!
